Ingredients:


1. Chana dal- 1/2kg

2. Onion- 200gms

3. Green Chili- 5

4. Curry leaves- little

5. Coriander- little

6. Sanuf- 1teaspoon

7. Garlic- 6 cloves

8. Salt and Oil- As required.




Preparation:


· Soak the channa dal for 3 hours in water.

· Transfer the soaked channa dal to the mixer and grind coarsely. Add sanuf & garlic in the jar and just on & off the mixer.

· Remove the channa dal grated, from the jar to the bowl.

· Add the sliced onions, chopped green chilies, mint leaves, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

· Place a kadai in the stove with enough oil to make vadai. Just pat it with your hand the size you require and put in the oil once its is heated.

· Once it becomes crispy golden color take it out.

Ingredients:

1. Beans- 100gms

2. Carrot- 100gms

3. Nukal- 1

4. Potato- 100gms

5. Onions- 3 (small)

6. Tomatoes- 4

7. Chili powder- 2teaspoon

8. Turmeric powder- 2teaspoon

9. Coriander powder- 3teaspoon

10. Coconut Milk- 1 cup

11. Oil- As Required

12. Pattai, Cloves, Bay leaf, Green Chili- As required





Preparation:


· Pour little oil and sauté pattai,cloves ,onion and tomatoes.

· Put all into a mixer along with-it chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder grind it well into a paste.

· Keep a cooker on the stove and pour oil heat it, put little pattai ,bay leaf and green chili silted, cut vegetables and sauté for sometime until a nice aroma created.

· Mix the grinded paste into the sautéed vegetables with salt and coconut milk.

· Add required amount of water and close it with the lid.

· Let 2 whistle comes and then switch it off.

Open after sometime then our tasty salna is ready.

Ingredients:

1. Maida- 2 Cups

2. Oil- 25gms

3. Water- Required.




Preparation:

· Mix the flour with 3/4th of the oil and water.

· After kneading the flour into a soft ball again mix the little oil in the dough and knead it softly.

· Then make into small balls and apply oil on it, keep aside for 2 hrs.

· Finally make a thin layer of sheet and folding to and fro.

· Place it in the tava to get a crispy soft parotta.
